Verve Method classes are strength and conditioning group classes led by highly educated coaches. You will experience workouts that are challenging, different every day, and doable thanks to the excellent coaching. If you’ve ever exercised with minimal results or inspiration this is for you. If you’ve seen results on your own but need an extra push, this is also for you. Everyone can be successful with the Verve Method. .
60 MINUTE WORKOUTS
One hour of your day is all you need to get an amazing workout. You’ll be lead through a warm-up, a strength portion and a conditioning portion for a total of one hour of awesome.
GUIDED BY A COACH
You will be coached on form and technique on all movements to maximize your potential and keep you safe. No more guesswork!
ALL LEVELS WELCOME
Whether you have been working out for years or are totally new, this is for you. The coach is there to guide you on how to work within your own abilities. Injuries? No problem. There are always modifications and options so that you can still get a good and safe workout.
